A kanga is a colorful cotton cloth worn across East Africa for over 150 years. More than fashion, each kanga carries a printed proverb or message — turning it into wearable art and a form of storytelling. Versatile, bold, and deeply cultural, kangas are used as clothing, gifts, baby carriers, and home décor.
